BUILDING HEAT:

Limbach Inc. was able to service the heating boilers sooner than anticipated and with the hard work of the staff, the heating system was activated ahead of schedule!

Your convention should automatically switch from AC to HEAT. Just set your desired temperature and you are good to go! If there is an issue, please contact the Management Office during regular business hours and we would be happy to check it out.

PRINCETON ELEVATOR:

Kone Elevator informed us today, that they were able to advance the schedule of repairs and state inspection. On October 13, they will make the necessary repairs to the elevator and the state is scheduled to perform the inspection on Friday, October 14. Once the elevator passes inspection, the unit will be placed back in service, which would be a week ahead of schedule.
