Management

Ms. Terri F. May, our site manager, has overall responsibility for the operation of the Strath Haven. Working closely with the Board of Managers and its President, she maintains the financial records, with the assistance of the Budget and Finance Committee drafts the annual budget for approval of the Board, negotiates and oversees contracts, hires and monitors employees, and is available to assist owners and other residents in all matters related to condominium policies and processes. In the 19+ years that Terri has served the Strath Haven we have come to appreciate not only her management skills, but also her warm and friendly presence and her many contributions to making our condominium a safe, secure, and welcoming place to live. Terri is supported in her work by front-office presence and Administrative Assistant, Linda Pappas.

Our Chief Engineer, Pat Newlin, has primary responsibility for the operation of our physical plant and is the direct supervisor of maintenance and housekeeping personnel.

General maintenance work, including painting and small refurbishing projects, are the province of Alex Mszanecky.

Debbie Gostynski provides full-time janitorial services.

Suzie Dudo is our van driver. She also provides van service for shopping trips five days week. In addition, we offer rides for special outings, to shopping centers, Booth’s Corner, as well as the polls on election days. See Van Schedule for all schedules.

John McDermott is full time security, with John Kelley, Ed Williams and Jerry Hammond providing part time security.
