Late last night the Princeton passenger elevator acted up and security took the elevator out of service out of abundance of caution. A service call was placed and Kone will be here this morning to investigate.
Earlier this morning, the Harvard service elevator became stuck on the 5th floor, so another service call was placed and the technician from Kone will address both issues up his arrival.

The Board meeting will be held in person in the 5th floor meeting room on Monday, July 19 at 6:30 PM for those wishing to attend in person. Masks are not necessary for vaccinated individuals but required for those not vaccinated.
Capacity limits have been lifted, so please feel free to come, hear updates on the important inter-workings of your community.
For those unable to attend in person, the Board will continue with a hybrid meeting (ZOOM). Please email the Management Office at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a link to the July meeting no later than 4 pm on July 19.
If you are attending via ZOOM, we ask that you log into the meeting by 6:20 pm so we can be sure everyone gets logged into the meeting prior to starting the in-person meeting at 6:30 pm. We will not be able to guarantee entry into the ZOOM meeting once the meeting starts.
If you would like a information on a specific subject or have comments about past subjects, please submit them in writing to the Management Office by July 16.
The dates are booking up quickly for the remainder of July and into August for moves, deliveries etc. If you know you’ll need a specific date for either a move or a delivery, please contact the Management Office as soon as possible to reserve the elevator or check with us prior to finalizing your plans so you can be guaranteed a reservation.
With so new residents moving in, construction work taking place in various units and just general deliveries of furniture and appliances, there have been times residents had to reschedule due to the date already being reserved.
As a reminder, moves are ONLY permitted Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The same for deliveries, expect smaller deliveries can also take place during the day on Saturday as well. NO MOVES OR DELIVERIES ARE PERMITTED ON SUNDAY or after the permitted hours.
The van will not be operating tomorrow, Thursday, July 8. The van will resume operations on Friday, July 9 at 9 am.
