Please note that the building’s heating and air conditioning system is currently on off. There is no issue with the system, no one did anything wrong, we just turned off the heat on April 12 (notice posted) when the warm temperatures hit the area. We haven’t turned on the AC due to the current weather conditions and system preparations.

Once the weather warms up, we will activate the AC system and a notice will be posted alerting you to the activation.
