Kone came out today with parts, to only find out that the part they replaced was not causing the outage. Unfortunately the needed part is not available. We are waiting on further information from Kone and once we have it, we will provide an update.
Kone is actively and aggressively working to obtain pricing for the replacement drive and should have info to us next week.
What we do know is that the elevator will be down for a few weeks while this is sorted out, quotes obtained and parts ordered. Unfortunately supply chain issues are still a big concern and one that everyone is experiencing.
