Cumby will be removal of the old carpeting in the Harvard building, down near 1222 & 1223 and work towards the Princeton building as the work progresses.

The Harvard elevator lobby area will be used as a staging area for tools and debris while Cumby is working on the floor. This is being allowed due to the limited availability of the elevator. We hope to prevent further disruptions to the residents by limiting use of the elevator by Cumby. When there is a load of materials, our staff will quickly secure the elevator for fast disposal of the debris and to swiftly return it back in service to the community.

We are excited that this long awaited and much needed project is starting! We will need everyone’s patience, cooperating and understanding during the project.
