ADT came out to work on the phone directory system and determined that the issue is with the actual phone line. We placed a call to Verizon and they will be here tomorrow, September 30, to investigate the issue and make necessary repairs.

In the meantime, you will not be able to buzz anyone into the building via the phone directory system. Any visitors or guests will need to call you directly and you will need to come down to the lobby to open them door for them.

This does not affect the key system. You are still able to use your key on any of the keys swipe areas to gain access to the building.
