Kone advised us that the State (PA), requires a permit to be pulled for the necessary repairs to this elevator. The State must witness the testing of the elevator after the new brake arm is installed.

Kone did expedited the request, which reduced the number of weeks it will take to get approval.  We do not have a date but as soon as we receive that information, we will provide an update to the community.
