Kone Elevators was onsite this early morning installing the new part. Once the new part was installed, it was determined that there was damage to other parts, specifically the brake coil. To order a new one, it would take over a month. Therefore, Kone is sending the coil out to a local firm be rebuilt, which will take approximately 2 business days.

Once rebuilt, the coil will be installed as soon as possible. We thank you for your ongoing patience while they work to get the elevator operational.
