Just a short while ago, we finally heard back from the service company after weeks of contact to determine the status of the necessary part for the door panel. The part is scheduled to be shipped on January 28 and will be installed as soon as it is received.

They apologized for the delay in getting this information to us and for the delay in getting the door repaired.
