Part of the routine maintenance of the building, is to clean the exhaust ducts to the air handlers every three years. We scheduled the work for this week. While the work is taking place, the air handlers must be turned off. They are turned on at the end of each day.
Unfortunately, after the work was completed on the Harvard unit, the unit would not turn back on and a service call was placed. The Princeton air handler was turned back on at the end of the day yesterday and ran for a little then went down. We will have the service company investigate both units today while they are onsite so they can get them up and running as soon as possible.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and want you to know we are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
