Just a friendly reminder that payment for the January condo fee must be received by 5 pm today or it will be considered late as per Rule 6.0 B since the 10th of month falls on a Sunday in January.

Always be sure to allow sufficient time when mailing checks, especially now with the back log at the post office. Condo fees are due on the 1st and considered late if not received by the 10th or the last business day before the 10th, in this case today and this does include checks that are mailed from your bank.
