Kone Elevator was out to look at the issue the other day and made some corrections to the elevator. At the time of their visit, they could not get the elevator to re-enact the problem that occurred earlier.

Unfortunately again early this morning, the elevator experienced the same issues and as a precautionary measure, we removed the elevator from service.

Kone will be out here this afternoon to further investigate the issues with the elevator.

In the meantime, the remaining three (3) elevators are in working order. We thank you for your patience while this matter is investigated.
