The air conditioning system was turned off in preparation of turning on the heating system in the coming days. This means that your convectors will not be providing either heat or AC at this time.

When the heat to the building is turned on, we will post a notice on the website and at each elevator lobby area to inform you the system was activated.

The majority of units have new convectors and you do not need to do anything to the convector to get heat. Just set your desired temperature and you’ll get heat.

If you are one of the few remaining risers that still has old convectors, you will need to switch your thermostat from summer to winter in order to get heat.
