The building’s chiller, which provides AC to all the units, has had some problems, resulting in lack of cool air in your homes. We are aware of the problem and for the past 2 days, the Limbach, our service company, has been onsite working through the issues. It is a complicated, older system and the interaction amongst all the computers that control the unit, make it hard to know for sure that the issue has been completely resolved.

The unit is up and running and has been for several hours without incident.
