MEMORANDUM

Last evening, Governor Wolf announced the extension of the Stay at Home order to June 4 for areas in the red phase including Delaware County.  The order follows the same guidelines as the original order that was announced on April 1.  While some parts of the state are now moving into the yellow zone, it does not appear that this will include Delaware County since the County’s new cases increased yesterday by over 100 in one day.

The Association will continue to operate in accordance with the original Stay at Home order which has our staff continuing to work in 2 week shifts until the order is lifted.  In addition to the ongoing staffing schedule, residents are reminded that masks are required when entering and leaving the building and we should all continue to practice social distancing.

Unfortunately, the pool will not open for the Memorial Day weekend, though we are continuing to issue pool passes per the new procedures. Pool applications are available either online or in the Princeton and Harvard lobby.  Completed applications should not be delivered to the Management Office, as the office door remains locked. Place your completed pool application in the suggestion boxes located in the Princeton or Harvard mailroom and a pool tag will be delivered to your unit.  Be aware that the rules for using the pool may change but will be announced in advance.

Stay safe, practice social distancing, wash your hands and we can get through this together.
