We are grateful that everyone in the building is doing his/her part to help “flatten the curve”. We appreciate that residents are staying in and using masks and gloves when they must leave their units. We do ask that you check the package and mail rooms as they are crowded with unclaimed packages. They could possibly be a tripping hazard.

The nightly cleaning is on-going and our staff is doing its part to keep the building as germ free as possible. We have new guidelines in place for delivery persons and lovers to further insure the building is kept clean.

Please note that during this teying time we all must still comply with our rules and regulations for the health and safety of everyone. Also, remember that even though you cannot physically come into the office, we are always available by telephone and email to assist you.
