In a time of so much uncertainty, the Board of Managers has adjusted the payment schedule for the 2020 special assessment. Given the severity of the situation with the HVAC pipes, and the knowledge that this project is over ten years old, it is felt it is still important to make every effort to complete the remaining fourteen risers this year. As soon as it is permissible, the project will be re-started with enhanced safety precautions. Our plan is to complete one riser at a time in the early stages, then add risers so we can finish by the end of the year. This will involve working through the summer months and providing portable air conditioners to those affected residents.

In order to accomplish this project, along with others that are scheduled for later this year, we have made a change to the due dates:

July 1 — due date for at least 50% of the special assessment

December 15 — due date for the balance of the special assessment
