UPDATE ON THE ASSOCIATION’S RESPONSE TO COVID 19

Our top priority is to the safety and health of our community.  Therefore, after much consideration, we have decided to be available to residents and visitors ONLY by phone or email until further notice.  The office hours will remain the same, but the door will be locked. We urge everyone to call or email us in place of just stopping in.     

Effective Tuesday, March 17, the van shuttle will not make regular train runs for at least two weeks.  The van will be in operation for food shopping runs onlyThe regular van shopping schedule of Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30 am and Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30 pm remains in place to ensure residents have the supplies they need.

Management has been in contact with Swarthmore Co-op to assist them with getting deliveries to our residents. Once the Co-op has a specific plan in place, a notice will be posted.  Typically, the Co-op delivers on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. 

Out of an abundance of caution and to assist with our nation’s preventive efforts, the Board of Managers will discuss pausing condo leisure activities at tomorrow’s meeting.   We will continue to share update as information becomes available.

  • Practice Social Distancing
  • Call Healthcare Providers First if you are feeling sick, call your primary care doctor.  If you do not have a primary care doctor, call your local health department or 1-877-PA-HEALTH (1-877-724-3258) for assistance.
  • Protect Yourself and Others by washing your hands often.  Cover your nose and mouth if you sneeze or cough.  Avoid people who are sick.
    Disinfect frequently used surfaces daily.
