We know residents place their trust in the Board of Managers and Management to address issues that can affect the community. And while we do not typically report on global issues, we felt that these are unprecedented times and you should know how we are addressing it.

We want you to know we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation and how it could possibly impact the Association. We are gathering information from our local government sources and the CDC on a regular basis.

Tonight we will implement an enhanced cleaning of the common areas. Our staff will be working from 9 pm to 11 pm, when we believe there is less activity within the building. We will adjust the schedule as the need arises.

Our cleaning solutions are deemed effective against the virus and we believe we have sufficient supplies to address the current situation. We are working with our suppliers to ensure that it doesn’t become an issue.

Unfortunately we do not have a delivery date for the hand sanitizer stations that we’ve ordered. As you can understand, these types of things are on backorder. Once received, they will be quickly installed.

We will continue to monitor official sources and make adjustments as needed. We suggest residents do the same.
