Betsy Larson, from Swarthmore Borough Council, has graciously offered to visit our community and discuss the re-assessment letters that every owner recently received. Betsy attended an informational meeting at the County and has some insight on the re-assessment matter. She can explain how values were assessed, specifically when it comes to condominiums and describe the appeals process.

Betsy will hold a group meeting for our owners in the 5^th floor Meeting Room on Thursday, March 12 at 1 pm.  After the meeting Betsy will stay until 3 pm to answer any individual questions owners may have on the matter.  We will investigate having another meeting either at night or on the weekend for those owner’s unable to attend the Thursday meeting.

We know that the re-assessment is a complex and stressful issue and having this meeting should be helpful to all owners.
