On Saturday, November 2, our service company came out to install the new computer board. Unfortunately the elevator only ran for a few minutes before it went down again. The tech tried to determine the cause of the malfunction but was unable to do so.
Therefore they are sending out an investigator to further look into the issues that are leading to the malfunction. We hope to have someone out here by tomorrow.
