In anticipation of the warmer weather, the building’s AC system has been activated.

For those residents with the older convectors, please turn your thermostat from winter to SUMMER settings and set the desired temperature.

For those residents with the new convectors, the units should automatically switch from heat to cooling.

This notice does not apply to the residents in the Hotel risers.

Please note that the AC system WILL NOT operate when the outside temperature is 65 degrees or below.
